Why I Am Not A Good Mother (According to Other People)

  1. My one year old son is walking.
  2. My eighteen month old daughter is walking bowlegged and she seems a little slow.
  3. I want my son to wear shoes sometimes.
  4. My son isn’t wearing shoes right now.
  5. I want my son’s feet to develop naturally.

(Notes: I only have one child. Also, he is a boy.)

    Ahhh, got it. :)

    What’s the big woo about not wearing shoes? It’s not like you’re putting Dr Pepper in a bedtime bottle laced with brandy. People were walking about well before Nike was around. :D

    So says a girl who didn’t wear shoes until she was nearly 3 and a woman who is hard pressed to wear shoes now. That being said, why do I have so many pairs???
