My sister’s latest advice: “Feel free to go with generic diapers (if you’re doing the disposable thing). Stay away from generic wipes. You can make your own wipes. The only challenging part is cutting apart the paper towel roll. D. used a table saw.”
D’s nickname wouldn’t be “Thumbless” by any chance?
[Consider me a jealous, non-table-saw-owning git.]
The last time I saw my brother in law, he had both thumbs. I can check for an update.
Ha ha, I have no idea!
disposable wipes all suck, though i never found the generic brands to be at all inferior to the brand name ones (though at certain sizes we did find generic plastic diapers worse). i recommend out with the plastics. cloth diapers are the awesome and you can make wipes that work far, far better by just buying some 5 inch square baby washcloths at target and wetting them in the sink prior to use. they work great.
