    Oooh, thawed-out frozen tofu is awesome for making fake “chicken” salad. You crumble it into a bowl, add mayo, nutritional yeast, pepper, salt, celery, other fibrous veggies, then mix it all together. We’ve done three batches of it so far.

    The apocalypse can’t come soon enough, yum!
